Help Peru has officially launched Help Lift Peru, a new capacity-building initiative developed in collaboration with LUCHA to strengthen small and mid-sized nonprofit organizations in Peru.

The initiative responds to a critical need within Peru’s nonprofit ecosystem. Many local organizations are deeply connected to the communities they serve, but face persistent challenges in organizational management, funding diversification, communications, and long-term sustainability.

More than a traditional training program, Help Lift Peru is designed as a practical, community-based experience for impact leaders. The program combines live sessions, peer learning groups, pre-recorded content, and hands-on assignments focused on key areas such as management, storytelling, governance, fundraising, and sustainability.

The pilot begins with five Help Peru partner organizations: ANIA, Asociación Cultural D1, Misión Huascarán, Hands on Peru  and Sembrando Juntos. Together, they bring deep experience working with communities across Peru in areas such as education, health, environmental sustainability, and community development.

The pilot begins with five Help Peru partner organizations, supporting their teams with tools they can apply directly to their work and communities. By investing in local leadership, Help Peru seeks to strengthen the people and institutions behind lasting change in Peru.

Through Help Lift Peru, we are taking another step toward building a stronger, more connected, and more sustainable nonprofit ecosystem in the country.
