| Help Peru Inc. is pleased to announce the newest member of our staff – Adriana Delgado. In the position of Deputy Director and based in Peru, Adriana is primarily responsible for day-to-day program management, including project development, monitoring & evaluation, and the provision of technical assistance to our program partners. A native of Peru, Adriana holds an Anthropology degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master of Science degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She has more than 20 years experience in the strategic design and management of integrated community development, education, gender, environmental, and human rights programs. Prior to joining Help Peru, Adriana worked as the head of Cultural Engagement for the British Council in Peru, leading the English, Arts, and Education portfolios, where she collaborated with educational, artistic, and research institutions in Peru, the UK, and other countries around the world. Over her distinguished career, Adriana has held management positions with the Stromme Foundation, World Neighbors, Trocaire – Irish Catholic Agency for Development, and the Mountain Institute.
