The Association Danza Perú-D1: Integrated Development through dance project

Help Peru began its partnership with D1 in 2023 to support the Integrated Development Program aimed at youth between 15 and 20 years of age from high-risk and vulnerable areas in Lima. The program strengthens the artistic and socioemotional skills of the participants over a three-year training period in which dance and a multidisciplinary pedagogy enhance the artistic and technical skills of young people as well as their intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. In addition, the program has two allies: the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas – UPC and the Project Management Institute that provide access to mini-courses for the project participants that serve to build entrepreneurship skills and improve their employability.
